Relax and enjoy your time at this amazing true beachfront property! Amenities included: LINENS, baby/kid items, games, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, towels, well stocked kitchen (we have hosted multiple Thanksgiving guests and have been applauded for how well stocked it is!), washer/dryer, WIFI, Smart TVs, elevator to 1st floor, hot tub, outdoor shower, heated community pool (open from 10am-dusk Apr 1-Oct 31). Main living floor has a king BR with ensuite for those with mobility limitations.

Good to know

1st floor master ensuite with king bed, 2nd floor kids bunk room with 4 twin beds (two bunkbeds), a beachfront king ensuite and a queen beachfront room- both with 2nd floor deck access! Want more privacy? The entire 3rd floor is a king master suite with private bathroom and private 3rd floor deck to enjoy the amazing sunrises over the pier!

We really enjoyed our time! This home was immaculate and ready for our stay. The owner, Erin, was very responsive and considerate. We are frequent travelers to North Topsail Island and this is a prime location. It is close to the pier if you like to fish or take evening strolls; it’s closer to the main bridge without feeling busy so you can more easily get to local stores more timely; and it is located in a “small community-feel” of similar homes which is appealing to a lot of people. We had a wonderful weekend getaway! It was exactly what we needed. We look forward to visiting again.

The house was very nice and the host was always prompt in responding. The only thing we would have personally preferred was an option for extra towels. Only 1 towel per person provided. We didn’t use two of the bunk beds so a couple of people were able to take the towel off those beds but two extra towels for a group of 8 was not enough. Everything else was great. 😊

Erin’s place was just what we wanted! Being right on the beach and being able to walk onto the sand from the back porch was fantastic. The bedrooms were spacious and accommodated our group nicely. Her house was very clean we felt very comfortable there. I would recommend staying at Erin’s place Topsail is your vacation spot.

It's a beautiful beach house right on the water. No driving to the beach and finding public parking. Ideal location. The house had a very well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Almost every bedroom had an ocean view, which was amazing. Couldn't ask for more.

Erin was by far of the best host we have ever experienced! Very responsive and helpful. You could tell from day one that she really cared about us having an amazing time and willing to do whatever she could to help.
